Generals claim MAIS All-Sports Award for second straight year

Washington School has once again earned top athletic honors, bringing home the MAIS All-Sports Award for the second year in a row. The Mississippi Association of Independent Schools presents the award annually to the school that accumulates the most points across all varsity sports, based on final placements within each classification.

This year’s title reflects a strong showing across multiple teams. Washington secured state championships in girls’ soccer, boys’ tennis and both boys’ and girls’ track. Other teams earned critical top-four finishes that contributed to the school’s overall point total.

The award highlights the depth and consistency of Washington’s athletic program and the commitment of student-athletes and coaches who put in the work season after season.
