Leland unites in community vigil

On Monday, October 13, the Leland community gathered for a night of unity, love, healing and remembrance following the devastating losses and tragedy of the preceding weekend. Mayor John Lee, law enforcement, neighbors, families, church leaders, community leaders and friends joined to light candles, offer prayers for and comfort to one another, share hugs and tears, hold hands, and stand together – stronger – as one.
