Oliver announces run for Supervisor

Gaila Oliver says that the reason she is running is because of her deep feelings for Washington County.

Oliver said she has thought about running for the past 25 years, and now she says she has the perfect opportunity to do so.

Oliver also mentioned a need for a countywide shelter for animals, certified animal control officers, and improvements in infrastructure including roads and bridges. “It would be my deepest honor to be in this position to improve the county,” Oliver stated.
