Progress continues and excitement builds at The 1902 Brocante

Downtown Leland’s mural landscape just got a little richer. The 1902 Brocante has added to the city’s beautification efforts with a striking new exterior mural and signage, painted by artist Cody Crittenden.

“Watching Cody bring our vision to life was awe-inspiring,” the owners said. “Seeing how well the exterior work has turned out makes us even more excited for what’s next.”

Interior renovations are underway, with plans to unveil a destination that will feature curated shopping, a coffee and bistro space, and a floral market. The owners say they can’t wait to open the doors and share the finished project with the community.
