The Leland Volunteer Fire Department (LVFD) conducted a successful structural fire training session in March.

The Leland Lions Club pulled pork fundraiser was reported to be a great success. There were 350 plates and 120 whole butts sold. The club will use all proceeds to better the Leland community.
