Gullett wins 2nd in 2025 NASA MAIS competition

Ellianna Gullett, an eighth grader at Deer Creek School (DCS), placed second in the 2025 NASA MAIS Top Points competition at the statewide STEM competition. She competed in the sixth- through eighth-grade grade division. Gullett was awarded a check for $200 by the Mississippi Space Grant Consortium.

DCS Principal Mary Hobart said, “We are so proud of her hard work and dedication!”
