Oh, deer! Record bucks measured at Wildlife Heritage Museum

museumThe Mississippi Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks Commission recently sent official scorers to the Mississippi Wildlife Heritage Museum in Leland to measure entries for the Magnolia Records Program.

The program recognizes and records some of the largest deer harvested in Mississippi. Visitors are encouraged to stop by the museum to view the trophies and learn more about the state’s rich hunting heritage.
