Vote for Christmas on Deer Creek

Christmas on Deer Creek has been nominated in the 2026 Best of Mississippi Travel Readers’ Poll for Best Holiday Event, and Lelanders are encouraged to vote to help the event win.

From the sparkling lights and festive storefronts to carriage rides, shopping, music, and the magic of downtown Leland during the Christmas season, organizers say the event is a special tradition because of the Leland community.

Voting continues through June 16, and individuals can vote once a day, every day. To vote, visit MisMag.com/best-of-mississippi-travel/#/, then scroll down the page and select “Attractions.” On the “Attractions” page, select “Holiday Attractions” from the left-hand menu, then scroll down the page to click on the “Vote” button for “Christmas on Deer Creek.”

First-time voters will be asked to enter and then validate their email address.
