Art camp brings a day of creativity and fun

Art Camp, held June 10 at First Baptist Church, was filled with creativity and laughter as the youngest artists spent the day exploring their talents. Organizers offer a special thank you to Rorie Scroggins “for leading the group with heart and skill. Her talent was a gift to all involved.”

Dianne Payne said the camp was a wonderful experience and the perfect setting for art activities. She added that the kids went home with two creative projects each. Organizers say they are already looking forward to next year’s event.
