Delta Health System welcomes urologist Derek Miles, M.D.
Delta Health System (DHS) recently welcomed Derek Miles, M.D. to its medical staff, marking the return of comprehensive urology services to the health system and expanding access to specialized care for patients throughout the Mississippi Delta.
DHS officials say that Dr. Miles brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the urinary tract and the male reproductive system, and his expertise will allow patients to receive high-quality urologic care close to home, reducing the need to travel outside the region for treatment.

Joining Dr. Miles at the Delta Health System Specialty Care Clinic is Marilyn Williams, NP, an experienced nurse practitioner who is currently providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Williams will evaluate and manage patients, provide follow-up care, educate patients on treatment options, and help ensure timely access to appointments.
