Fun for young and young-at-heart: Delta’s Fun World coming to Leland
By Keri Baldwin
Coleman Bush and Coleman Ray addressed the Leland Board of Aldermen in February to discuss a new business in Leland.
Bush said he “wanted to give back to the community and open a new business for the kids in the area.”
The new business, Delta’s Fun World, will be located in the old Fred’s building across from Zip Trip on Highway 82. The aim of the business is entertainment, and it is expected to include laser tag and an indoor playground. The business’ Facebook page describes Delta’s Fun World as “an unparalleled entertainment experience, a vibrant hub where joy and innovation converge…dynamic indoor play spaces, thrilling laser tag encounters, immersive virtual realms, and a culinary landscape designed to delight.”
“There will be no alcohol when they open up,” said Bush, “but I will keep the Board informed of future projects they have going forward.”
