Prayer walk brings community together in faith and fellowship

Mildred Michael presented The Walk of Conquerors on Saturday, June 21, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Buster Morlino Community Center in Leland. Community members came together for the inaugural prayer walk, a spirit-filled event focused on unity, faith and encouragement. The Leland Chamber of Commerce staffed a hydration station, providing water and sports drinks to participants along the route. The walk was inspired by Romans 8:37: “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”
