Ray named Employee of the Quarter

Randy Ray was recently named Employee of the Quarter for the Mississippi State Fire Academy. He received this honor in July for quarter two of the 2026 year. Ray has spent many years in the fire service, from serving as a Captain of the Greenville Fire Department and serving as Assistant Chief of the Leland Fire Department. He is now working in Special Operations and Rescue Training for the Mississippi State Fire Academy. He said he enjoys teaching other firemen the newest techniques for them to take back and implement in their communities.
