Smythe named WS Athlete of the Month

Rick Smythe, the son of Will and AnnMarie Smythe and grandson of Rick and Sherry Smythe, was recently selected as the middle school athlete of the month at Washington School. School officials say Smythe has helped the junior high baseball team as a pitcher and works hard to develop his skills.
